The Museum of Broadcast Communications is open on a limited basis, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Stay Tuned: Rock on TV exhibit must leave the museum at the end of November!

To help ensure the safety of our guests and staff we've implemented the following procedures:

  • If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and visit another time.  Your tickets can be transferred to another date with available capacity.
  • Masks that cover your mouth & nose are required to enter the building and must be worn correctly at all times.
  • Your temperature may be taken by a no-contact digital thermometer.  Guests with a fever of 100.4 degrees or more will be given a few minutes to cool off in the lobby before being re-scanned.  If a second reading is also 100.4 degrees or higher, the guest will not be permitted to enter the museum.  We are not storing any temperature data, nor do our thermometers have any type of facial recognition or other biometric scanning abilities than will be used to identify you.
  • Please buy tickets online to minimize contact with staff & to ensure we'll have space for you at your desired time.
  • Admissions will occur at the start of each hour and are limited to 6 guests per hour.
  • Walk-in admissions will only be available for the next hourly admission slot with capacity.
  • Visitors are requested to not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to their scheduled start time and to not linger in the building once they've finished in the museum.
  • Cash will not be accepted for any admission or store purchases.
  • The usage of an elevator will be required in order to help direct guest traffic.
  • There will be no coat/package/baggage check facilities available during this time.
